Work related stress is at an all-time high and has huge impact on both employees and employers alike. Mental health can be the cause and/or consequence of stress in the workplace and can cost employers dearly with absenteeism and presenteeism leading to reduced productivity. This workshop helps us to recognise the signs of work stress in ourselves and in our colleagues and offers strategies to prevent feelings of overwhelm, burnout, and to create and be a part of a compassion focused working environment.
