Healthy You Ltd are delighted to be able to offer a three-month programme that has been developed in partnership with the NHS. This programme has been designed to support aspiring leaders in Maternity who are grade 8A and above. This has been designed to expedite learning and support career progression.
Healthcare Leadership Programme
The programme will be delivered online with workshops and group coaching designed to support leaders in Healthcare. The programme delivers the tools and knowledge for managing high stress situations and enhanced leadership skills for thriving in a demanding workplace. It is designed to be a short but powerful workshop for maximum use of time.

Our one day introduction to Human Factors course provides attendees with a better understanding of Performance Influencing Factors in themselves and in those around them.
