About Bethan Manford

Bethan Manford

Bethan Manford is a UKCP Accredited and Registered Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, trained as an arts psychotherapist specialising in movement and the body. She has over twelve years post qualification experience in the NHS and more recently in private practice.

Bethan Manford (she/her) is a UKCP Accredited and Registered Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, trained as an arts psychotherapist specialising in movement and the body. She has over twelve years post qualification experience in the NHS and more recently in private practice. She is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher and often incorporates breath work, movement and mindfulness practices. Trained in Video Interaction Guidance (VIG; an evidence based approach within UK NICE guidelines), Bethan supports parents and professionals to develop skills in recognising strengths, self-compassion and mentalisation.
