Paul Dickens

Aviation Psychologist

Paul has a BA(Hons) degree in Psychology from Exeter University and an MPhil in Clinical Psychology from the University of Glasgow. He is a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society. He is an Accredited Aviation Psychologist and a member of the European Association for Aviation Psychology. He is registered as a Practitioner Clinical Psychologist with the UK Health and Care Professions Council.

Paul initially worked in the National Health Service as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist but more left in 1994 to pursue a career in organisational psychology, since when he has worked with Boards, Directors, Chief Executives, Senior Management and other teams in the UK, Italy, Germany, Austria, France, USA, UAE and Australia. His psychological consulting is now exclusively in the aviation sector, and his clients include Airbus, BAE Systems, Leonardo, Cobham, Jet2.com, Wizzair, DHL Air, and Titan Airways. He specialises in working in the rotary-wing sector with all major offshore helicopter operators.
