Child Clinical Psychologist

About the Role

As a Child Clinical Psychologist at Healthy You Ltd, you will:

  • Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions for children and young people who are undergoing litigation claims as a result of serious injuries or clinical negligence injuries.

  • Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to support the child’s emotional and psychological needs.

  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, employing evidence-based approaches.

  • Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings, case reviews and legal claims.

  • Support training initiatives and provide consultation to partner organisations.

About You

We are looking for a professional who is:

  • Qualified and Registered: You must hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) and be registered with the HCPC.

  • Experienced: At least 3 years’ working experience.  Be able to demonstrate experience working with children and families, ideally in a range of settings.

  • Skilled: Competent in psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention. Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches is highly desirable.

  • Collaborative: A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexible: Comfortable adapting to the needs of clients and the wider team.
