Psychological Boost

Our ‘Psychological Boost’ workshops have been attended by 1000s of staff, for example nurses and midwives. Attendees learn the tools to minimise their risk to these conditions developing and thrive in their role.

Everyone deserves to thrive in the job they love and MindYourself helps them do this. Whether the person using the app has 60 seconds or longer, there are a range of strategies they can use, develop daily habits to optimise their mental health and support themselves and their colleagues. 

All of the content is specific to healthcare staff and the situations they encounter while working in challenging environments.
