Managing Challenging Clients & Their Expectations

This three-hour workshop is for litigation staff and case managers. It is usually facilitated by Dr Mike Smith and runs throughout the year. It teaches participants ways to:

  • Communicate effectively with clients
  • Strategies to help clients manage their emotions during litigation
  • What to do when it’s not working and what to do next
