Leadership & Coaching

Some members of the Healthy You Ltd team provide individual and executive group coaching to senior staff across a number of industries. We have particular expertise and knowledge within the healthcare sector.

We have developed and facilitated a series of leadership programmes to organisations. As part of the ongoing commitment of the Chief Midwifery Office to develop leaders in maternity, we have led the first leadership programme for future Heads and Directors of Midwifery. This has involved numerous business and self-development workshops, support sessions, and individual coaching sessions.

What participants said about this Leadership Programme:

“Great session, feeling more hopeful. Good to have gained some different insights and some new tools”

“Excellent considering the challenges of workshops via Zoom”

“Great training today. Helped me to know and understand more about myself. This training has raised questions in myself and enabled me to start finding solutions. Thank you”

“Excellent session I have learnt loads and been able to reflect a lot upon my styles and areas that I had perhaps not explored previously”

“Good information about representing Maternity at Board level”

“The financial decisions and implications were made so much easier to understand and something not to avoid but to have confidence to be involved in and the benefit of this for the service”

“This was taught by very senior people who know the processes and understand the needs of our services. They were passionate and knowledgeable and able to impart that to me”

We are able to support organisations in creating Business Cases to secure funding for similar programmes. This ensures the content is truly bespoke to meeting the needs of the organisations future leaders.

Midwives! It’s time to be the change we want to see. I need midwives from UK, Australia and New Zealand to sign up for this study so together we can create a way to move things forward! #midwives #implementation #impsci #change

Fantastic to be part of the panel discussion on using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy #ACT for #birthtrauma at the #ACBS world conference!

‘Chronic excessive workload has become like the pattern on the wallpaper we no longer see’.

I hear shocking accounts of moral distress & burnout continually from my midwifery colleagues.
